Ongoing representation begins only after required conflicts and jurisdiction review, attorney acceptance, a written engagement agreement signed as required by the Firm, and satisfaction of applicable payment terms.

New prospective clients are directed to a Quick Paid Consultation or Full One-Hour Paid Consultation. Existing clients and attorneys, counsel, or court staff have separate scheduling links. Use of a scheduling option does not expand the scope of an existing engagement or create a new one.

Do not send confidential documents, evidence, privileged narratives, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical records, settlement communications, service materials, or time-sensitive filings through public website functions or ordinary text messaging unless the Firm specifically directs you to an approved secure channel.

Texting does not constitute formal service, court filing, agreement to extend a deadline, or confirmation that the Firm is monitoring or responsible for a deadline.

When you separately opt in to SMS communications, you may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling or rescheduling messages, requested administrative updates, and other messages consistent with the consent you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing legal services. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS consent and Phone number will never be shared or sold to any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.
